The Daring Way™ Women’s Workshop
Women face unique experiences that can hinder their confidence, passion, and joy. This workshop is designed to help participants work through the shame and insecurities that can hold us back from leading more authentic and connected lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and learning daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Topics of this workshop** include:
- the power of vulnerability

- shame triggers
- shame resilience
- embracing joy and gratitude
- trust for self and others
