My hope is that I can take some of the mystery out of counseling. While we kind of keep secrets for a living, you know, confidentiality and all, the actual counseling process is not a secret. We do more than just listen. We help you process your thoughts and feelings. We help you problem solve and identify coping skills that will work for you. How each therapist does that, however, can be a little different depending on what treatment models they use to help clients meet their goals. Like most therapists, I don’t use just one approach.
